The Meeting
• The initial meeting we get to know each other. We find out your dreams, what it is you want for your big day.
Budget
• We develop a budget together
• We make sure along the way that we are keeping with the budget
• Keep track of when payments to vendors are due
Theme
• Come up with a theme for wedding
• Discuss decor ideas
Time line
• We will provide everyone a time line for the day including the vendors
• We keep a list of emergency numbers for the day
Rehearsal
• Attend and direct the rehearsal
• If the site provides a person to
coordinate the rehearsal, we will still attend and make sure all goes well
Reception and Vendors
• We come up with a list of vendors to fit your dream
• We will set up meetings with vendors and will attend
• Review contacts and negotiation along the way
• Confirm with all vendors 2-3 weeks prior to the big day
• We try to find the right people to work for you
On the Day
• One Coordinators and one assistance on the day of the event
• We make sure the set up at the ceremony and reception runs smooth
• Use of emergency kit
